
To make Tomato Soup first, take a pot to add olive oil when the oil heats up add the bay leaves with onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes then add chopped garlic and stir it for about 1 minute. Put the carrots and stir it for 2 minutes. After that, add the tomato paste, salt and black pepper corn and mix it well. After that add tomatoes and stir it for 5 minutes. Now, add the beef cube and 1 1/2 cup of water.
Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes over medium flame. After 15 minutes turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool. Once its cools down strain it with the strainer. Keep the strained liquid aside and blend the strained tomatoes and carrots then put the blended soup again into the pan along with strained liquid soup. Now add the 1/2 cup of water and sugar then stir it and bring it to boil.
Tomato soup is ready. Serve with the spoon of fresh cream and Croutons.
