French Beans Rice by Kookingk

 1 cup French beans (cut into medium size)
 2 cups Rice
 1 Onion
 2 Bay leaves
 2 Cinnamon
 3 Cloves
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 big Black cardamom
 1 tbsp Cumin seed
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 4 thin slices Ginger
 4 cloves Garlic
 3 Green chilies
 2 chopped Tomato
 2 Potato (Cut into medium size)
 1/2 cup Oil
 1/2 bunch Mint leaves
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 1 ½ tbsp Salt

To Make French Beans Rice First take a blender to add ginger, garlic and green chili and blend it well.

After this take a pot put on medium flame add oil when the oil heat nicely adds cumin seed, Bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, Black pepper, and black cardamom. Stir for 1 minute.

Then add sliced onion and cook until it translucent. Then add blanded paste and cook for 2 minutes.

After this add turmeric and red chilli stir it and also add tomatoes cook until tomato become soft. Do not smash tomato.

When the masala cook perfectly add potatoes and French beans mix it well and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Now add 2 cup of water and mint leaves.

When the water boil add soaked rice. Stir and cover on medium flame until water become dry. When the water dry completely add vinegar give a quick stir and simmer for 10 minutes. French beans pulao is ready to serve.
