 2 Cup Soaked Rice
 1 Cup Boiled Chana (Chickpeas)
 1 Chopped Tomato
 3 Potato
 2 Chopped Onion
 4 Chopped Green chili
 100 Whole Mix Garam masala
 1 ½ tbsp Tamarind
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 tsp Garam masala Powder
 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
 1 Beef cube
 1 ½ tbsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Degi Chana Pulao first, take a pot and put on medium flame to add oil and once the oil heat nicely add mix whole garam masala with half onions and stir until onion turns into golden then add ginger garlic paste and stir it for 1 minute thenput the tomatoes and cook until tomatoes becomes soft.

After that, add beef cube, black pepper, garam masala powder and salt then mix it well. When the oil oozes out place the potatoes and boiled chickpeas and mix it up well with spices. Cover for 5 minutes on low flame and then add tamarind and mix it then add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.

Place the soaked rice and stir it gently, cover with lid and cook until the water completely dry, meanwhile take another pan add oil then place the remaining onion and fry until it becomes brown then add this fry onion on rice and simmer for 10 minutes. Degi chana pulao is ready to serve.
