
To Make Delicious Amritsari Chole First Take a pot put on medium flame and add oil. When the oil heated. Add onion paste and cumin seed and fry until it becomes Golden.
Then add ginger and garlic and fry for few seconds. Add tomato paste and fry until the oil ooze out.
Now add all the spices(turmeric, red chili, garam masala, mango powder, salt) and cook well until oil separate from spices.
Now add boiled chick pea sprinkle dried fenugreek cover and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Amritsiri chola is ready to serve.
