Gobhi gosht recipe

Yields4 Servings

 250 g Cauliflower
 300 g Beef
 2 Onion
 2 Tomato
 1 tbsp Ginger
 1 tbsp Garlic
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Garam masala
 1 tbsp Cumin seed
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 Oil

To Make Delicious Gobhi gosht First take a pot put over a medium flame add beef with (onion, ginger, ginger, red chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin seed and salt) stir it well and add 2 glass of water and cook over low flame until meat becomes tender.

When the meat is nicely tender add oil and stir for few minutes. now add tomatoes and cook until the oil ooze out.

Then add cauli flower mix it well. cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until cauliflower become tender. Now sprinkle sprinkle some garam masala. Gobhi gosht is ready to serve. Serve with chapatti, naan and boiled rice.
