Homemade Papri Recipe

 1 Plain flour
 1 tsp Black seed (kalonji)
 2 tbsp Oil
 ½ tsp Salt

To make Homemade Papri Take a large mixing bowl to add plain flour, kalonji, oil, salt and mix it. Now gradually add water and make a hard dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes kneed a dough again and make small balls. Then spread some dried flour on the board or surface take one ball and flatten it with a rolling pin as thin as you can.

After this in a hot oil add Poori and fry until it small balls into golden. Serve with chana chat, dahi bara, fruit chaat etc.
