Aloo Shimla Mirch Recipe by KooKingK

 250 g Capsicum
 3 Potato (cut in small piece)
 1 Tomato
 1 Onion
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp coriander powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 Pinch of Grarm masala (optional)
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Aloo Shimla Mirch first, take a pot to add oil. when the oil heat enough add the cumin seeds and stir for 1 minute then place the sliced onion and potato, cook until both turns into golden brown then add ginger and garlic paste and stir it for 1 minute then put the red chili, turmeric, coriander, tomato and cook until the oil oozes out then add the salt and mix it well. After that, Add capsicum and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the pinch of Garam masala and serve it. Serve it with cahapatti.
