Delicious Aloo Matar Recipe by kooKingK

 400 grams Peas
 3 Potato
 2 Sliced Onion
 2 Chopped Tomato
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander and Mint leaves
 3 Split Green chilies
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Ginger
 1 tbsp Garlic
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Delicious Aloo Matar first, Take a pot and put over medium flame then add oil, when the oil heat up add the cumin seeds and stir it for 1 minute then add sliced onion nd cook until it turns into golden brown color.

After that, Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes becomes soft and the oil oozes out then add red chili, turmeric, coriander, salt and mix it well when the oil separate from masala add potatoes and stir it for few minutes then add 1 glass of water, cover with lid and cook until the potatoes becomes half cook.

Once the potatoes becomes half cook add peas with the green chilies and mix it well, cover and cook for about 10 mintes.

After 10 mintes sprinkle the garam masala over it and cook for more 5 minutes.

Aloo matar Is ready. Serve it with boiled rice or Chapatti.
