Zeera Biscuit Recipe - Jeera Biscuits Recipe

 1 Cup Plain Flour
 1/2 Cup Butter
 1/4 Cup Sugar
 1 tsp Baking powder
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 1 Egg

To make Zeera Biscuit first take a bowl to add melted butter along with sugar. Whisk it very well then add baking powder, zeera or cumin, and salt. Mix it again.

Now add one egg and whisk it. After that gradually add the plain flour and make a smooth dough.

Once the dough is ready take the small portion roll it then flattens it with your hand and sprinkles few cumin seeds on it.

Set all the biscuits on a greased oven tray.

To bake on the stove take a pot put any plate or bowl in it then place the baking tray on it.

Cover with the lid and cook on low flame for 40 to 50 minutes.

Once the biscuits done, let it cool then transfer into an airtight container and use it for a month.
