
To make Suji Nashta first, take a bowl to add semolina along with yogurt.
Mix it up well then half glass of water. Mix it up well and set aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add salt, chili flakes, and baking powder. Mix it well.
Now add onion, capsicum, and mashed potatoes. Mix it up well with adding 1/2 cup of water.
Take a pan to add 2 tbsp of oil. Once the oil heats enough, pour 1 big spoon of semolina batter.
Cook for 3 minutes over a low flame then flip it and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
Once done take out and serve with your favorite sauce.
