Hyderabadi Sofiyani Biryani Recipe - Beef Biryani Recipe

For Meat:
 300 gram Beef boiled
 1 Onion
 4 to 5 thin slices Ginger
 4 to 5 Cloves Garlic
 2 to 3 Green chilies
 1 tbsp Black pepper
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 ½ Cup Cashew nuts
 ½ Cup Raisins
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ Cup Oil
For Rice:
 1 ½ Cup Rice
 2 tbsp Whole Garam masala
 1 tbsp Salt

To make Hyderabadi Sofiyani Biryani first take a blender to add garlic, ginger, green chili and cumin seeds. Blend it well and set aside then take a pan to add oil when the oil heat enough add onion and cook until it turns into golden. Put the blended spices and stir it for a minute then add boiled beef and cook for 2 minutes. Put black pepper, Garam masala and salt. Mix it up well then add lemon juice and coriander. Turn off the flame and set aside.

Take a pan to add 2 LTR of water along with Garam masala and salt. Bring it to boil then add soaked rice and stir it gently. Cook for 8 minutes then rinse it. After that, add boiled rice over cooked meat. Meanwhile, take a pan to add oil and put the cashew nut and raisins. Cook until its turns into golden then put over the rice then spread fried onion. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

It is ready to serve.
