Delicious Masoor Pulao Recipe by KooKingK

 1 1/2 Cup Soaked Rice
 1 Cup Soaked Whole Masoor
 3 Potaoes
 2 Sliced Onion
 1/2 Cup yogurt
 4 Chopped Green Chilies
 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
 2 tbsp Mix Whole Garam masala
 1 tsp Red Chili powder
 1 tsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1/2 Cup Oil

To Make Delicious Masoor Pulao first, take a pot to add oil, when the oil heat up add garam masala and fry it for 1 minute then add sliced onion and cook until it turns into the golden brown colour then add chopped ginger, garlic and green chili and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes then put red chili, turmeric, coriander and salt, stir it for about 1 minute then pour the yogurt and cook until the oil oozes out.

After that, put the potatoes and whole masoor into the gravy and stir it well then cover with the lid and cook for 5 to 10 minutes over a medium flame then add 2 glass of water and bring it to boil. Place the soaked rice and over and cook until the water becomes completely dry. Once it done simmer for 10 minutes.

Delicious Masoor Pulao is ready. serve it with raita or salad.
