Seekh Kabab Biryani

For Kabab
 500 Beef Mince
 1 Milk
 2 Bread
 1 Egg
 1 Onion
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Garam masala Powder
 1 Green chili
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
 1 Chopped Coriander
 1 ½ tsp Salt
For rice And Gravy
 1 ½ Rice (soaked)
 2 Onion
 2 Tomato
 1 Yogurt
 1 Fried onion
 1 ½ tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
 1 Chopped coriander
 1 Chopped mint leaves
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 100 Mix whole Garam masala
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Orange Food color
 2 tbsp Salt
 1 Coal
 1 Oil

For Kabab

First, soak the bread slices into milk. Now press it lightly and add into mince along with green chili, salt, red chili powder, ginger, garlic paste, fresh coriander, egg, onion and garam masala. mix it with spoon or hand. Leave it for 1/2 an hour. After 1/2 an hour make oval shape kabab.

For Gravy

In a medium pot add oil and Once the oil heat enough then add granded onion and fry until it turn into light golden. After that, put granded tomatoes and cook until the oil ooze out. when the oil separate from tomatoes add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala and stir it for few minutes now add kabab into gravy very gently. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes Pour lemon juice. kabab are ready take out in another plate. In masala add coriander and mint leaves and mix it well and set aside.

For Boiling Rice:

Take another pot and add 5 glass of water with 1 tablespoon of salt and whole garam masala. Bring it to boil. Add soaked rice and cover for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove from flame and strain it.

Assembling

In a same large pot place the boiled rice. Spread kabab gravy on it then again layered the boiled rice. Spread mint leaves and fried onion. Mix food colour with water and spread over it. Place the bread piece, add burned coal on it. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over coal, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Seekh kabab Biryani is ready. Serve it with Salad and Raita.
