Pani Puri Recipe
Today i have Special Street Style Pani Puri Recipe for you. The recipe is very easy you can make your own puri for pani puri and spicy, khatta pani. We will start with the Puri first,
In a bowl, add semolina, all purpose flour, salt to taste and warm water as required.
Knead into a stiff dough using enough warm water. Cover it with wet muslin cloth and rest aside for 25-30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut it into rounds with a round cutter. Let rest again for 3-5 mins.
Deep fry the puris till golden brown.
In a bowl, add mint leaves, ginger, coriander leaves, green chili, jaggery, ice cubes and salt to taste.
Transfer to a mixer and blend into a smooth paste, adding a little water as needed.
Put this mixture into bowl and season with black salt. Mix cumin powder and water well, then strain into a large container.
Mix in the tamarind pulp and salted boondi.
In a mixing bowl. Add the boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas and mash them well. Stir in the cumin powder, black salt, green moong, chaat masala, and red chili powder.
Serve with puri, ragda, pani, green moong, tamarind chutney and sev.
