
To Make Mushroom Cheese Omelette Firstly, break the eggs into the bowl then add salt and pepper and whisk it well, keep it aside.
Now, put the olive into nice nonstick pan then add mushroom, capsicum and tomatoes. Stir it for few minutes. After that, add salt and pepper and sautee for 1 minutes and take out from the pan.
Add 2 tablespoon of oil into same pan and add whisk egg then cook for 2 minutes.
Spoon the mushroom mix over one half of the omelette, Spread feta and mozzarella cheese. Flip the omelette over to cover the mushrooms. Cook for a few moments more, until cheese melts. Lift onto a plate.
Serve with toasted bread.
