Lobia k pkory

 1 Black eye bean (soaked)
 1 Onion (chopped(
 1 tsp Cumin seed (crushed)
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 Green chili
 1 ½ tsp Whole coriander (crushed)
 1 tsp Ajwain
 1 Fresh coriander (chopped)
 Oil

To make lobia k pkory firstly, add the all balck eye beans in a blender and blend it well without water.

Now dd all the ingredients (onion, Cumin seed, salt, green chili, coriander, ajwain, fresh coriander) in blended beans and mix it well. During blending beans if you add water and better have lots of moisture so you can add gram flour.

After that, take a pot put on medium flame and add oil for frying. when the oil is hot enough drop small portion of the better after flattening a bit. Keep stirring and fry on a medium flame until its turn into golden. Lobia pakoda is ready to serve.

You can serve it with hari chatni, ketchup or your any favourite sauce.
