Khatay Aloo – Spicy Green Masala Potato Recipe by KooKingK

 2 Boiled Potatoes
 1/4 Cup Mint leaves
 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves
 2 Green chilies
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 Clove Garlic
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Tamarind Pulp
 1/4 Cup Oil

To make Khatay Aloo first, take a blender to add coriander, mint leaves, garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies and salt. Blend it well and take out into the bowl.

Take a pan to add oil when it's heat enough, add blended spices and stir it for 1 to 2 minute then add tamarind pulp and again stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Put the boiled potatoes and mix it up well then cover with the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

Spicy green masala potatoes is ready.
