
To make Karachi Rainbow Center Ki Mashoor Chana Chaat first, we will make the chatni. For Tamarind chatni take tamarind water or tamarind pulp, add red chili, salt, and chaat masala. Mix it up well and set it aside.
For Green chatni, take a blender to add mint leaves, coriander, green chilies, cumin seeds, garlic, and salt.
Blend it well then pour the yogurt. Mix it up well and set aside.
For plating, take a bowl to add chickpeas then add tamarind chatni. Add chopped onion and tomatoes. Pour the green chatni according to taste then again add chopped onion. tomatoes and mint leaves. Put crushed papri. Sprinkle the chaat masala and our chaat is ready to eat.
