
To make Fried Fish first, take a blender to add whole red chili, red chili powder, salt, garlic, cumin seed and tamarind pulp then blend it well and take out in a bowl. Now, marinate the fish with the blended spices and set aside for 1/2 an hour.
After 1/2 hour, take a nice pan to add the oil once it heat enough then place the fish one by one into the hot oil and fry each side of the fish for about 5 to 6 minutes over medium flame.
Street style fried fish is ready to serve.
