 1 Split Chickpeas
 200 Green Pumpkin
 1.40 Tamarind Pulp
 4 Green chili
 2 Tomato
 1 Fresh coriander
 1 Fresh dill
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 Onion
 4 Garlic
 1 Oil

To make Dal Kaddu first, take a blender to add green chillies and garlic and blend it well then take out into bowl and keep it aside.

In a large pot add 3 glass of waterand and put soaked split chickpeas with 3 tablespoon of oil. Bring it to boil then cover and cook until it becomes half cook.

Once the split chickpeas half cook add turmeric, chili garlic paste,tomatoes and green pumpkin. stir it well, cover and cook until pumpkin and split chickpeas becomes tender.

After that, add salt, tamarind pulp along with chopped coriander and dill, mix it up.

Take another pan add oil. when the oil is nicely hot add sliced onion and fry until it turn into golden then add into cooked daal. Daal kaddu is ready to serve. Serve with boiled rice, pickle and chapatti.
