 3 Potatoes (Boiled)
 1 Cup Peas (Boiled)
 200 g Spinach (Steamed)
 1/4 Cup Mint leaves (Chopped)
 1/4 Cup Coriander (Chopped)
 1/2 cup Spring Onion (Chopped)
 1 tsp Red chili flakes
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 Green chili (Chopped)
 1 1/2 tsp Whole coriander
 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
 1 1/2 tsp Salt

To make Vegetable Kabab Recipe - Hara Bhara kabab first take a bowl to add potatoes and peas then mash it with the hand masher. After mashing it nicely add spinach (make sure its squeezed), Fresh coriander, mint leaves, spring onion, red chili flakes, green chili, salt, balck pepper, carom seeds and cumin seeds. Now mix it altogether with the hand or spoon then leave it for 15 minutes.

Take small portion and flatten it with your hand and make round shape kabab. make all the kabab by this method. At this stage you can freeze the kabab for later.

In a nonstick pan add 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil and place the kabab one by one and cook each side for 5 minutes or until it turns into golden brown.

Hara Bhara kabab is ready. Serve with yogurt and mint dip.
