The Best Orange Cake Recipe - Perfect Cake Without Oven

 2 Eggs
 1/2 Cup Sugar
 1/2 Cup Oil/Butter
 1 Cup Fresh Orange juice
 2 tbsp Orange zest
 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
 1 1/2 Cup Plain flour
 1 tsp Baking powder
 2 to 3 pinch Orange color optional

To make The Best Orange Cake Recipe, first, take a bowl to break the eggs then add sugar and whisk it well until it becomes pale and double in size.

Now add gradually add the oil and mix it up well.

After mixing oil add fresh orange juice along with orange zest and vanilla essence. Mix it up well and set it aside.

Now add the baking powder into the plain flour and mix it up altogether then add plain flour into eggs batter in 2 batches and mix it up very well.

After mixing plain flour, you can add orange color into the batter it's totally optional you can skip it if you want.

Now set the parchment paper into the cake mold and greased the pan.

Pour the batter into the mold, filled 3/4 mold with batter.

Now take a pot and place any stand bowl or plate into the bottom. Cover the pan and heat up for 5 minutes then place the cake mold into the pan.

Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.

After 30 minutes check the cake with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean this mean cake is ready.

Let it cool then separate the cake from mold and parchment paper.

Place the cake on board and dust some icing sugar on it.

Cut into pieces and serve.

You can store this cake for 4 to 5 at room temperature and 10 days in the refrigerator.
