
To make Spicy Fry Potato first, take a pan to add oil, when the oil is hot enough Place the curry leaves, cumin seeds and musterd seed and stir it for few minutes then add red chili, turmeric, salt and tomato paste, You also use 1 chopped tomato except tomato paste. Cook on low flame until the oil oozes out.
Put potatoes and mix it up with spices then add 1/2 cup of water and cover with lid and cook until the potatoes becomes tender.
Sprinkle the garam masala and pour the lemon juice then mix it well.
Spicy Fry Potato is ready to serve.
