Pomegranate and Rice Balls

 1 Rice
 1 Pomegranate
 1 Bread crumbs
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 1 tsp Red chili Flakes
 1 Beef cube
 5 Triangle cheese
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
 1 Onion
 1 Egg
 Oil ( For frying)

To make Pomegranate and Rice Balls first, take a pan put over medium flame and add butter when the butter start to melts add chopped garlic and fry for 1 minutes then add onion and cook until it become translucent then add beef cube and mix it well.

Add rice and stir it very well then put black pepper, red chili flakes and salt mix it altogether. Add half cup of water. cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.leave it for cool.

Once the rice cool add pomegranate and mix with hand.add 2 to 3 tablespoon beated egg and mix it again.

Ater that, take small portion flatten it with your hand place cheese cube and make a nice small ball. Make all balls by this process. keep all balls into fridge for an hour.

After an hour take a ball dip into whisked egg and cover with bread crumb. When all the balls cover with bread crumb put into hot oil and fry until it turn into golden. Take out on paper towel.
