
To make Palak Gosht first, take pan to add oil when the oil is heat up add the onion and cook until it brown then add ginger and garlic paste and stir it well then add beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Put red chili. turmeric, coriander and salt then mix it well. Pour 1 1/2 glass of water and cook until the meat becomes tender then add spinach and stir it well and simmer for 15 minutes.
Palak gosht is ready. Serve with chapatti or boiled rice.
