
To make Nan Khatai first, take a bowl to add butter and sugar. Whisk it very well until it's become fluffy.
Now add cardamom powder and baking powder
Mix it up very well.
Now gradually add the plain flour and mix it up well and make a crumbled and soft dough.
After that, take a small portion and roll it in your hand the put almond and press it as shown in the video.
Place all the naan khatai on the greased baking sheet.
To bake on the stove first take a pot to put any plate or bowl then place the baking sheet on it.
Cover with the lid and cook on low flame for 40 to 50 minutes.
Nan Khatai is ready. Let it cool then keep into an airtight container for 1 month.
