To make Masala Bhindi first, take a pot to add oil when its heat enough add cut lady finger and fry until it turns into the light golden then take out in a platter. In a remaining oil add onions and fry until it turns into golden then take it out. Put green chilies, cumin seeds, ginger and garlic in a remaining oil. stir it for 1 minute the add tomatoes and cook for 4 to 5 minutes over medium flame. Put red chili, turmeric and salt, cook until the oil oozes out. Place the fried lady finger and onion, Mix it up well and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and Masala Bhindi is ready to serve. serve it with hot chapati.
