To make Koosa ki Sabzi first, take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough add ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
Stir it for few seconds then add cumin seeds and fry for few seconds.
Add Onion and fry until it turns into golden.
Put the turmeric powder and stir it well. add tomatoes with salt and cook until it becomes soft and the oil oozes out.
Now add marrow or koosa. Mix it up well. Add half a cup of water and cover it with lid.
Cook it until it becomes tender.
Now add garam masala and garnish with fresh dill and coriander.
