For Kadhi
 1/2 Cup Gram flour
 1/2 Cup Yogurt
 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
 8 to 10 Curry leaves
 1 1/2 tspTurmeric
 1 1/2 tsp Garlic
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 3 to 4 tbsp Oil
For chickpeas (chany)
 250 g Boiled black chickpeas
 250 g Tomato puree
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Crushed cumin seeds
 1/3 Cup Tamarind pulp
 2 Papdi (as required)
 1 tsp Chat masala
 1 Onion (sliced)
 1 tsp Salt
 5 to 6 tbsp Oil

Take a blender add gram flour and yogurt with 4 glass of water and blend it well. then take a large pot add 3 to 4 tablespoon oil when the oil is heat enough add dried fenugreek, curry leaves and garlic. stir for 1 minutes.

Now add turmeric add stir for more 1 minute. After that, add gram flour and yogurt mix. stir continuously until it boil. then cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until it become thick. then add salt and mix it well. so kadi is ready.

For chana masala take a pot add oil. when the oil is heat nicely add curry leaves, crushed cumin, red chili, coriander and salt stir for 1 minute.

Now add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. continuously this add tamarind pulp and cook for more 3 to 4 minutes.

Once the oil ooze out add boiled black chickpeas and mix it well. cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Assembling

Take a nice platter add black chicpeas. Pour kadi over it and garnish with papdi, sliced onion, chat masala and chopped mint leaves. kadi chana chat is ready to serve.
