Homemade Potato Wedges Deep Fried by Kookingk

 5 Potatoes
 1 Plain flour
 ½ tsp Garlic paste
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Thyme
 1 tsp Oregano
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Black pepper
 Oil (For frying)

To make Homemade Potato Wedges first, cut the potatoes into medium size wedges and then half boil the all potato wedges.

In a mixing bowl add plain flour, Red chili, thyme, oregano, salt and black pepper mix all dry ingredients and then add garlic paste and gradually add water and make a nice smooth paste.

When the potatoes completely dry, dip into the better and set on a dish and put into refrigerator for two hours.

After two hours take out the potato wedges from fridg and and fry on medium flame until in turn into golden.

Potato Wedges is ready. Serve with your favourite sauce.
