Egg Curry Recipe

Yields3 Servings

 4 Boiled Eggs
 1 Chopped Onion
 1 Chopped Tomato
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Fennel seeds
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Ginger paste
 1 tbsp Garlic paste
 1 tbsp Dried fenugreek
 1 tsp Garam masala
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ Cup Oil

To Make Egg Curry or Anda Masala or Egg Korma Take a pan put on medium flame add oil. when the heats nicely. add boiled egg and cook until it turn into golden brown.

when the egg fry, in remaining oil add cumin and chopped onion and fry until onions become golden brown. after this add ginger and garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes and add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. then cover with lid and cook on low flame until tomatoes become soft.

After few minutes when the tomatoes nicely soft stir it until the oil ooze out. now add all the spices except fenugreek and garam masala. Stir it for few minutes add 1/2 cup of water and cook until the gravy turns and oil begins to separate.

Now add eggs and mix well sprinkle fenugreek and garam masala and simmer for 5 minutes. Egg curry is ready to serve.
