Daal Karela Recipe - Karela Chana Dal Recipe

 1/2 Kg Bitter gourd or Karela
 1 Cup soaked Chana dal
 5 cloves Garlic
 1 big Tomato
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Salt
 1 Beef cube or chicken cube
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 1 sliced Onion
 3 green chilies
 Fresh coriander
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Daal Karela first, take a pan to add soaked Chana. Dal along with garlic, tomato, turmeric, and red chili powder.

Pour 4 glass of water and cook until Daal become tender.

After that, add salt and beef cube. You can also add Maggie masala if you want. Mix it up well.

Take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough, add butter gourd and fry until it turns into golden.

Now, add fried Karela or bitter gourd into Chana dal.

Add fresh coriander and mix it up well.

In remaining oil add cumin with onions and fry until golden brown then add into Chana dal.
