
To make Beef Tikka Boti first, cut the beef into small cubes then add red chili, coriander, garam masala, salt, black pepper, food color, green chilli, ginger & garlic paste. Mix it well and leave it for about 2 to 3 hour at room temperature.
Now, take a stick and first put the capsicum then one beef boti then tomato then beef boti then onion then again beef boti, again capsicum and then last beef boti. Follow this method for all sticks.
Take a pan add ½ cup of oil when the oil heats enough, place the stick boti one by one and cook each side for about 10 to 15 minutes over medium flame.
Stick boti is ready. Serve with raita or salad.
