 400 g Beef
 1 1/2 Cup Rice
 2 Tomato
 3 Potato
 4 ChoppedGreen chilies
 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger (Chopped)
 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
 1/2 Cup Mint leaves
 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves
 2 tbsp Whole mix garam masala
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 2 tbsp Salt
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Beef Pulao first, take a nice pot and put over medium flame then add oil. Once the oil heat enough add whole garam masala with sliced onion and stir it. Cook until onion turns into golden color.

Add beef along with ginger and garlic and cook until the beef color change then add green chili and cook for 1 more minute then put the toamtoes and cook until the oil oozes out. Put 1 1/2 cup of water and cook until the beef become tender.

After that, add potatoes and stir it for about 4 to 5 minutes then add 1 1/2 cup of water with mint leaves and coriander. bring it boil then add soaked rice, stir it quickly and cover until the water becomes dry then pour lemon juice, cover and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Beef Pulao is ready. Serve with salad and raita.
