Vegetable Spaghetti Noodles - Street Style Recipe by KooKingK

 400 g Spaghetti
 1 Capsicum
 1 Cup Cabbage (Chopped)
 1 Carrot
 1 Cup Spring onions (Chopped)
 1/2 Cup Black olives
 1 tbsp Chili sauce
 1 tbsp Soya sauce
 2 tbsp Ketchup
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 tsp Red chili flakes
 1 1/2 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
 Oil 1/2 Cup

To make Vegetable Spaghetti Noodles first, take a pan to add 4 liter water with 2 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of salt, bring it to boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. After 12 minutes strain it wash with cool water and add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix it well(to prevent sticking). Then take aside.

In a large pan add 4 to 5 tablespoon of oil put chopped garlic and stir it then add onion and fry it for 1 minutes then add carrots because its take more time to cook and fry it for 2 minutes. Add capsicum, cabbage and olives and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes over high flame. Put the red chili flakes, black pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce, ketchup and salt. Mix it well then place the boiled noodles and stir it gently. Sprinkle the green onion and serve it hot.
