Turkish Lentil Soup (Suzme Mercimek Corbasi) Recipe by kooKingK

 1 Red lentil (Soaked)
 1 Potato
 1 Carrot
 6 ½ Salt
 1 Black pepper
 2 Olive oil

To make Turkish Lentil Soup first, take a pot to add oil and put on medium flame. When the oil heat enough add onion and cook until it becomes translucent.

After that, add potatoes and carrots, stir it for few minutes then put salt and pepper and mix it up well.

Add soaked lentil with 2 cups of water. Cover and cook until lentil, potato and carrot becomes tender.

Once all these things nicely tender. Add into blender and blend it well.

Again put this soup over medium flame and add 1 cup of water stir it quickly and simmer for 10 minutes, here our Turkish lentil soup is ready. Serve with chili sauce and lemon. Garlic bread is a good idea to serve with this.
