To make Tasty Pulao Biryani Recipe take a pan to add beef along with ginger, garlic, whole garam masala, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and beef stock cube.
Add 4 glass of water, cover and cook until the beef becomes tender.
After that, add potatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes then add yoghurt and cook for 3 minutes. Cover and cook 5 minutes on low flame.
Korma is ready now take a pan to add half layer of boiled rice. Set the beef korma on rice. Add freshly chopped coriander then add remaining boiled rice and set it up.
Now add orange or red food colour on top.
Take a pan to oil, once the oil heats enough add onions and fry until it turns into golden.
Now add the fried onion with oil on rice. Cover the pot and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Tasty Pulao Biryani is ready. Serve with Kachomar.
