 400 grams Beef / Chicken Mince
 1 Chopped Green Chili
 1 tsp Garam masala Powder
 1 tsp Red chili flakes
 1 tsp Salt
 1/4 Cup Milk
 2 Slices Bread
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
For Rice:
 1 1/2 Cup Rice
 2 Onion
 1 Tomato
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
 2 Chopped Green Chili
 1 tsp Red chili flakes
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tsp Garam Masala
 1/4 Cup Mint leaves
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make kofta pulao first, soaked bread slices into the milk then lightly punch it and add into to mice then in a beef mince add green chili, red chili flakes, garam masala powder, whisked egg with salt and mix it up with hand then leave it for half an hour. After half an hour make a small balls with hands. Make all the balls by this method then in a hot oil place the meat balls and cook until it turns into golden brown. Now keep it aside.

Take a pan to put oil then add garam masala and stir it for 1 minute then add onion and cook until it turns into golden brown then add Ginger and garlic with green chili and stir it for few minutes then add red chili flakes, black pepper, garam masala, salt and tomato. Cook until the oil oozes out.

Put the 2 glass of water and add mint leaves, Bring it to boil then add soaked rice. cook until the water completely dry then place the kofta over it and simmer for 10 minutes.

Kofta Pulao is ready. Serve with salad and raita.
