Daal Karela Recipe - Karela Chana Dal Recipe
Yields1 Serving
 500 gram Bitter gourd
 1 Cup Boiled Split Chickpeas (Chana Dal)
 2 Sliced Onion
 2 Tomatoes
 1 tbsp Garlic
 1 tbsp Ginger
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander
 1/2 Cup Oil

to make Tasty Karela Chana Dal Recipe First scrap off the rugged surface then cut from the middle and take out all seeds then rubbed it with salt and leave it for 2 hours. 2 hours later wash it under running water and squeeze it.

To make Chana Dal Karela first, take a pot to add oil, when the oil heat enough adds sliced bitter gourd and cook until it turns into a golden color.

Take out the fried bitter gourd into the platter. In a remaining oil add cumin seeds and stir it for 1 minute then place the onions and fry until it turns into the golden brown color.

After that, add chopped ginger and garlic and stir it for about 1 to 2 minutes then add tomatoes and stir it well then add red chili, turmeric with salt, and cook until the oil oozes out.

Now place the boiled Chana Dal with fried bitter gourd, mix it up and simmer for 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, pour the lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.

Chana Dal Karela is ready to serve.
