Sweet Potato Masala Fry

 400 g Sweet Potato
 1 tsp Musterd seeds
 1 ½ tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Garam masala
 1 ½ tsp Fennel seeds powder
 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
 4 tbsp Tomato paste
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ cup Oil

To Make Sweet Potato Masala Fry First peel the sweet potato and cut into small pieces.

Then take a pan put on medium flam and add oil. In hot oil add cumin seed and mustard seed and stir for 3 minutes. Add chopped garlic and fry until it becomes light golden now add all the spices(red chili powder, coriander powder,garam masala, fennel seed powder, salt, tomato paste).cook well all the spices until oil ooze out.

Now add sweet potato mix well and add 1 glass of water and bring to boil. cover with lid and cook until sweet potato tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander. Sweet potato masala is ready to serve.
