Suji Coconut Biscuits Recipe without Oven

 1/2 Cup Butter
 1/2 Cup Sugar
 1/2 Cup Coconut
 1 Egg
 1/2 Cup Semolina
 5 tbsp Plain flour

To make Suji Coconut Biscuits first take a bowl to add butter along with sugar and whisk it well.

Add one egg or half a cup of milk. Mix it up well.

Now add coconut, semolina, and plain flour. Mix it up and make a smooth dough.

Now take the small portion, roll it into your hand, and flatten it. sprinkle some coconut on top and set it on baking tray.


To bake on stove take a pot put any stat or bowl. Place the baking sheet on it. Cover with lid and cook for 40 on low flame.

Once it's done let it cool then transfer it into an airtight container and enjoy it for 2 weeks.
