To make Sheer Khurma first, take a pot to add milk and bring it to boil. Now cook over low flame until it becomes thick.
Take a pan to add butter and allow it to melt. Add vermicelli and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Take out into the plate. In remaining butter add nuts and fry it for about e to 4 minutes over medium flame then take aside.
When the milk becomes thick add fry vermicelli and nuts. Mix it up well and cook over medium flame for 5 minutes.
Sheer khurma is ready. Let it cool and serve it.
