 1 Cup Red Kidney Beans (Boiled)
 1 big Onion (Chopped)
 2 Big Tomatoes
 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Grounded Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 2 Bay leaves
 2 Black cardamom
 1 tsp Ajwain
 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Rajma first, put the tomatoes into the blender and blend it well then take a pot to add oil when the oil heats up add the bay leaves, balck cardamom and ajwain, stir it for 1 minute then add chopped onion and cook until it turns into golden then add ginger & garlic paste and stir it for 1 minute then add blended tomatoes and cook until the all water becomes dry. after theat add red chili, turmeric, coriander, Cumin, salt and fenugreek and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes then add boiled red beans and mix it up. Sprinkle the garam masala and simmer for 10 minutes then garnish with fresh coriander and serve it. Serve it with boiled rice or chapatti.
