 2 Cups soaked Rice
 300 grams Shrimp or Prawn
 1 Big Onion
 2 Tomatoes
 1 tbsp Garlic & Ginger
 1/2 Cup Yogurt
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
 2 Pinch Nutmeg powder
 2 1/2 tbsp Salt
 Whole Garam Masala
 1/2 tsp Orange food color
 2 tbsp Milk
 Few Mint leaves
 3 to 4 Green chilies
 1/4 Cup Oil

To make Prawn Biryani first take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough add onion along with whole garam masala and fry until golden.

Now add ginger and garlic and stir for few seconds then add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft.

Put red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder, nutmeg powder, and salt.

Stir it for few seconds then add shrimps or prawn.

Mix it well then add yogurt and cook for 3 minutes.

Now turn off the flame and keep it aside.

Take another pan to add water. Add whole garam masala and 2 tbsp sal.

Bring it to boil then add soaked rice and stir it.

Once the rice is half done turn off the flame and strain it immediately.

Now take a pan to add half rice then layer it with prawn then again put the rice.

Add a few drops of biryani essence. Put some food color and mint leaves. Sprinkle the food color and add 2 tbsp of milk.

Cover with the lid and simmer for 15 minutes.

Prawn Biryani is ready.
