Potato Tandoori Balls Recipe - Tandori Aloo Recipe

 2 Boiled Potatoes
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic (chopped)
 1 tsp Red Chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Garam Masala
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 2 tbsp Yogurt
 2 Green chilies (chopped)
 1/2 Cup Fresh coriander (chopped)
 1 tsp Salt
 Oil for Frying

To make Potato Tandoori Balls first take a bowl to add potatoes and mash it.

Now, add all of the spices, ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chili, green chili, fresh coriander, lemon juice, yogurt, garam masala, and salt.

Mix it up very well then make small size ball.

After that take a ball dip into egg and then coat into bread crumbs.

Prepare aa the boys by this method then put it into the freezer for 1 hour.

After an hour, take a karahi to add oil for deep frying, once the oil heats up add balls one by one and fry until golden brown.

Take out on the paper towl and enjoy it with your favorite sauce.
