Potato Crepe Sandwich Recipe

 1 Cup Plain flour
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Baking powder
 1 Egg
 2 Cups Milk
 3 boiled Potatoes
 1 chopped Onion
 2 chopped Green chilies
 1 tsp Salt for filling
 1 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
 1/2 tsp Black pepper
 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
 1 tsp Chili sauce

To make Potato Crepe Sandwich Recipe first, take a bowl to add plain flour along with salt and baking powder. Mix it up well.

Now add one egg and gradually add the milk and make a smooth paste. (not so thick)

For Filling take a bowl to add mashed potatoes, onion, green chillies, salt, chilli flakes, pepper, mayonnaise and chilli sauce.

Mix it up very well and set aside.

Now take a pan and grease it with oil. Now add a full scoop of batter and spread it over the pan.

Cook both sides for 30 seconds and take out. Make all the crepes by this method.

After that, cut the crepes into the middle. Take one "D" price of crepe put some filling then fold it like a triangle as shown in the video.

Make all the sandwich like this.

Take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough place the sandwich and fry until turns into golden. Flip it and fry another side.

Take out on a paper towel and serve with ketchup.
