Potato Cheese Buns Recipe Without Oven

For dough
 1 1/2 Cup Plain flour
 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
 1 tbsp Yeast
 1/2 tsp Salt
 4 tbsp Oil
 1 whole Egg
 1/2 Cup Warm milk
For Stuffing:
 2 Boiled and mashed potatoes
 4 to 5 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Garlic
 1 Sliced Onion
 1 tbsp Green chilies
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Salt
 Mozzarella cheese (as required)
 Cheddar cheese (as required)

To make potato Cheese Buns Recipe Without Oven first, we will prepare the dough.

To make dough take a bowl to add plain flour along with yeast, sugar, salt, egg, oil, and warm milk.

Mix it with help of a spoon then transfer the dough or dusted surface and knead it for 5 minutes.

After that, grease the bowl with oil and transfer the dough into the bowl. Let it sit for 30 to 45 minutes or until it becomes double in size

Meanwhile, take a pan to add oil. Once the oil heats up add cumin seeds and fry for few seconds then add onion and fry until it turns golden.

Now, add garlic, green chilies and cook for few seconds then add red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Stir it on low flame then add boiled mashed potatoes.

Mix it up well then let it cool.

After half an hour check the dough if it becomes double in size then knead it for few seconds.

Divide the dough into equal small balls then take a bun dough and make a dent in the middle and fill with cheddar, mozzarella cheese, and potato stuffing. Bring the edges together, pinching with fingers, and then smoothen the balls to give an even look.

Greased the baking tray and set the buns on it then cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes apply egg wash and sprinkle some black seeds, oregano or sesame seeds.

To make on stove take a pot place any stand or bowl in the bottom and preheat the pot for 10 minutes now, transfer the dough into the pot. Cover the pot with the lid and cook on low heat for 25 minutes.

Once it becomes golden brown, carefully take out the buns and serve it hot with your favorite sauce
