Pink Sauce Shrimp Pasta Recipe

 1 Cup Boiled Pasta
 300 Gram Shrimp
 3 Tomatoes
 1 Small Onion
 2 Tablespoon Garlic
 1 Cup Broccoli
 1/2 Cup Capsicum
 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper
 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn
 1 Tablespoon Butter
 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
 1 Teaspoon Oregano
 1 Tablespoon Sugar
 1 Tablespoon Salt
 1 Cup Fresh Cream
 4 Triangle Cheese
 2 to 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil

To make Pink Sauce Shrimp Pasta first, we blanch the tomatoes. Bring a pot filled with water to a boil, enough to completely submerge the entire tomato. Add the tomatoes and blanch for about 2 to 3 minutes seconds. You can see the skin start to separate from the flesh.

Now let it cool and puree it.

Now take a pan and add 2-3 tbsp of oil, once the oil heat enough add garlic and fry until turns golden then add prawns and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on high flame after that remove the prawn from the pen and add vegetables in the same pan.

Add a teaspoon of salt and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on high flame then remove vegetables from the pan.

In the same pan add 1 tablespoon of butter along with 2 to 3 tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped onion and sort it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now add garlic and saute for 1 minute then add blanched tomatoes puree and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.

Now, it's time to add seasoning. Red chili flakes, black pepper, sugar, oregano and salt mix it up altogether then add fresh cream and cheese.

Mix it up well and cook until the cheese melts.

Add fried prawn and vegetable along with boiled pasta mix it up altogether and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Our delicious pasta is ready. Serve it hot.
