Mutton Keema Biryani

 500 g Mutton mince
 2 Rice (soaked)
 2 Onion
 1 Yogurt
 1 tbsp Ginger paste
 1 tbsp Garlic paste
 1 Mint leaves
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 2 tbsp Mix whole garam masala
 4 tbsp Lemon juice
 250 g Fried onion
 Salt 1 1/2 tsp for m,ince and 2 tbsp for rice
 1 Oil
 1 tsp Orange food colour
 1 Milk
 1 Coriander leaves

To Make Mutton Keema Biryani first, Take a pot put on medium flame and add oil then let the oil heats up then place sliced onion and fry until it becomes golden brown.

After that, add ginger & garlic paste and stir for 2 to 3 minutes then add all the spices (red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and salt) cook for 2 minutes.

Pour whipped yogurt and cook it with all spices until the oil oozes out then add minced meat and cook for 5 minutes until its colour change and water becomes dry.

Add lemon juice and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame. when the minced tender add half mint leaves, coriander and fried onion mix it well. so minced meat is ready.

Now we take another pot add 5 glass of water with mix whole garam masala, salt and mint leaves. cover with oozeslid and bring it to boil.

Once the water boil add soaked rice give it a lightly quick stir, cover and cook for 10 minutes until rice becomes half cook the rinse the rice and set aside.

ina large pot place half rice then layer with cooked mince and then put another layer of rice. Spread some mint leaves and fried onion. Sprinkle food colour Along with milk and oil. Cover with lid and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mutton mince briyani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
