Moti Pulao Recipe - Beef Kofta Pulao Recipe

For Meatballs
 400 Gram Beef Mince
 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic
 2 tbsp Green chilies
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Milk
 2 Bread
 2 tbsp Oil or for frying
For Rice:
 1 tbsp Garlic
 1 Onion
 1 Cup Capsicum
 1 Cup Cabbage
 4 Split Green chilies
 2 tbsp Hot sauce
 2 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 Beef cube
 1 tsp Salt
 1/4 Cup Oil
 2 cups Boiled Rice
 1 Coal

To make Moti Pulao first take a bowl to add milk the place bread slices and leave it for 5 minutes.

Now take a bowl to add beef mince, green chilies, garlic, ginger, red chili, salt, and soaked bread.

Mix it up well then add 2 tbsp of oil and mix it well( it will prevent you meatballs to become sticky and break).

Now, take a small portion and make small balls and fry on medium flame from both sides

Take a pan to add oil. Once the oil heat up add garlic and stir it for few seconds. Add onion and cook for q minute then add capsicum, cabbage, and split green chilies.

Stir for 2 minutes on high flame then add hot sauce, soy sauce, beef cube, and salt.

Mix it well then add boiled rice. Mix it up very well.

Now place the meatballs on top of rice. Take a small bowl to add butter or oil then put this bowl in between rice. Put the burnt coal on butter and cover the pot.
